Good Bad Ugly is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language action-comedy film directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and T-Series Films. The film stars Ajith Kumar in the lead role, alongside Trisha Krishnan, Prabhu, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil, Rahul Dev, and Yogi Babu.

Initially referred to as AK 63, as it is Ajith’s 63rd film as a lead actor, the official title was announced in March 2024. Principal photography began in May 2024 in Hyderabad, followed by a schedule in Spain, and wrapped up in early December. The music is composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar, with cinematography by Abinadhan Ramanujam and editing by Vijay Velukutty.

Filming

Principal photography was planned to begin in June 2024 but started earlier on 9 May in Hyderabad. The first schedule featured a fight sequence choreographed by Supreme Sundar. This phase wrapped up within a month. While the second schedule was initially planned for South America, it was shifted to Spain. During the Spain schedule, photos and videos of Ajith were leaked on social media. By late November, production moved to the United Kingdom for a major schedule. Filming concluded in mid-December 2024.

Post-production

Ajith completed dubbing for his portions on 29 December 2024.

Release

The film is set to release on 10 April 2025 in Tamil, along with dubbed versions in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. It was originally planned for release on 10 January 2025 to coincide with Pongal. However, the producers of Vidaamuyarchi announced a Pongal release for their film, leading to uncertainty for Good Bad Ugly. Eventually, both films were postponed, and the April release for Good Bad Ugly was confirmed in early January 2025.
