Plot
The film unravels the origin story of Bhairathi Ranagal, a principled lawyer from rural Karnataka who rises to power in the world of crime. Production
The film’s production commenced on May 26, 2023, and was shot extensively in locations like Devanahalli, Mysuru, Ballari, and Penukonda. Shivarajkumar revealed in October 2023 that 60 days of shooting were yet to be completed. By July 2024, filming wrapped up, and the movie entered the post-production phase.
Music
The music for Bhairathi Ranagal was composed by Ravi Basrur, who had previously collaborated with Narthan on Mufti. Anand Audio acquired the film’s audio rights.

Bhairathi Ranagal was released theatrically on November 15, 2024, in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. The release date was initially planned for August 15, 2024, but was postponed. The film received positive reviews for its gripping storyline and Shivarajkumar’s stellar performance. It performed well at the box office and became available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting December 25, 2024.
